Dr. Martha's first formal training in herbalism was a 2-year apprenticeship (1984 - 1986) with a German Healer in Los Angeles who specialized in Foot Reflexology with Herbal Applications. She became a trainer in the OMA method and has incorporated it into the trademarked Science of Energy Flow (SEF) Method she teaches. Herbal Applications to the feet are a very safe and effective way of partnering with plants in Herbal Diplomacy Care and Comfort!
