About the Event
Self-Care Institute Instructor and Yoga Instructor Julie Taylor, PhD, RN, will teach 6 virtual yoga classes for balance in body and peace of mind. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Classes take place on Wednesday nights, 7-8 pm Central Time.
Dates: October 13, 20 and 27; November 3, 10 and 17.
Only $39.95 for all six sessions.
