Here are a few important details to prepare for your retreat:

***What do I need to do to prepare for the retreat ?

Please dress comfortably and bring a cup of herbal tea.

Basil will be one of your plant teachers for this retreat. If you can …

1.  Please bring a few fresh leaves of sweet basil (Ocimum basilicum) from your garden or supermarket.

2.  Please bring a ½ teaspoon of dried basil from your kitchen cupboard.

3.  Please bring a teabag or small amount of fresh or dried holy or tulsi basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum).

NOTE: Do not worry if you cannot find these.
